Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the full order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free to our supported delivery area. Please review the product dimensions, specifications and selected variant before ordering. Lifestyle imagery illustrates a setting; the listed measurements determine the product's size. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear.
Orders and payment
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled item. To request an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once supplier processing or dispatch has started.
Fulfillment and delivery
Products are shipped directly by our fulfillment partners in the United States or overseas, depending on the item. Processing and delivery estimates, supported locations and tracking details are described in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact support for an individual review and remedy under our return and refund policy. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days; bank processing may take additional time.
