Free standard shipping

Oak & Wisp offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported United States addresses, with no minimum order amount.

Delivery coverage

Our standard delivery coverage is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Availability outside this area varies by product. Before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, a US territory, an APO/FPO address, or a PO box, contact jacob.neel@gmail.com so we can confirm whether the item can be delivered.

Processing and delivery

Items ship from our fulfillment partners in the United States or overseas, depending on the product and stock location. Any carrier transit estimate shown on a product page begins after dispatch; it does not include order processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering for the current estimate.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
